Well, I am definitely excited about this week’s Vendor Feature Series because it’s all about weddings! haha! Of course, all the other vendor feature series posts have been about vendors for your wedding, but wedding planners oversee it ALL! And I LOVE IT! So, for this week, I am featuring the Best East Idaho Wedding Planners!

First we have Grand Teton Events based in Jackson Wyoming! The owner Jeanette ‘managed a guest ranch for 12 years and it sold so [she] went out on [her] own in 2020!’ She offers full and partial wedding planning, day of coordination and some decor rentals. She travels anywhere in Wyoming, Idaho and Montana and her pricing is around $2000. Next up is Sarah Tapp Photo + Events based in Rigby Idaho! Hey, that’s me! haha! I started offering wedding planning in 2022 after planning my own wedding and a couple friends weddings! As an Idaho Wedding Photographer for over 8 years, I have been around plenty of weddings and have helped in some way with the planning and scheduling process for most of them! So, offering wedding planning just felt right! I LOVE planning and being involved in all the details of making your dream wedding come true! I LIVE for organizing and figuring out how to translate your vision into reality! I offer full and partial wedding planning, day of coordination and have recently started to offer wedding decorating as well! My travel area is mostly Idaho and Oregon but I will go anywhere! Wedding Planning packages range from $700-$2000 with wedding coordinator fees starting at $125/hr. For wedding planning, I would suggest booking at LEAST 3-4 months in advance, but the longer we have to plan, the better! And my best advice to couples planning their wedding is to think about what’s most important to you and invest in that, especially if you have a tight budget. And of course, take it all one day at a time and remember WHY you are getting married!
