The LAST thing I want is for you to end your wedding day feeling like it was all a blur. Literally, the MOST IMPORTANT part of my job is making sure you can be PRESENT and ENJOY your wedding day! So, I will coordinate and communicate with your venue, vendors, bridal party and family to ensure your day runs smoothly and you don't have to lift a finger!

What in the world does a wedding coordinator even do!? I'm sure that question is on your mind. In short, we handle all the details of your wedding day. Showing vendors where to set up, making sure all the decor is set and ready, helping your bridal party line up for the ceremony, keeping the wedding day timeline on track, making sure you are taken care of and handling any issues without you even knowing!

The last few weeks before your wedding can be a bit stressful. So one thing I LOVE to do is be the point of contact for all your vendors. This looks different for every bride. Some brides have me take over all communication and some just copy me on all the communication so I can be in the loop on the details. Either way, allowing me to be in direct contact with your vendors will help your wedding day run SO much smoother!
Leading up to your wedding, I will do my best to respond to all your communication in at least 24 business hours. There are so many last minute details and I want to be there to SUPPORT and GUIDE you through this process! I always say, over-communication is better than no communication so please reach out!!

Our first consultation is very individualized to you! Depending on the coordinating package you book, we'll go over all the important details that I'll need to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly. I want to make sure that I'm taking care of the things that YOU want me to take care of on your wedding day. If that means keeping the timeline running exactly as planned, that's what I'll do. If that means, making decisions in the moment on moving timeline items to different times so the flow is how YOU want it, then I'll do that! I know how to make your day feel the way you want it to and still keep everything organized!

A coordinator is just there on your wedding day to communicate with vendors, ensure the timeline is followed and handle any problems that come up. A planner is there from the very beginning and helps with hiring all your vendors, planning the decor, layout and wedding day timeline and will be there on the day of to follow through with all the plans.
