Ah! I absolutely LOVED being Ari & Kyle’s Pocatello Idaho Wedding Coordinator! When I’m booked for just day of coordination or photography coverage, I don’t typically meet my couples in person beforehand. But, Kyle just so happened to be one of the groomsmen at Brianna & Kole’s Wedding which I also coordinated! So, Ari came up to me at their wedding and introduced herself and said, you’re coordinating our wedding too!! haha! It was so fun to be able to at least meet them before their wedding day!
Ari & Kyle are so fun and their wedding definitely reflected that! Their ceremony was short and sweet and then when they entered into the reception, they had sunglasses and glow sticks and ran through a tunnel of their wedding party while EVERYONE was blowing bubble guns! It was a PARTY! haha! And I totally would have gotten more pictures but I was SO BUSY making sure all the things were done! Which, by the way, I LOVE about being a wedding coordinator! Ari knew EXACTLY what she wanted me to be in charge of and that was SO perfect! I love it when brides are not afraid to tell me what they want me to do. Because, after all, I won’t know the details unless you share them with me!
I arrived at The Hive Venue in Pocatello Idaho right before Ari & Kyle had their first look! And Ari had a few extra things (that weren’t on my list beforehand) that she wanted me to take care of, which was perfect! As their Pocatello Idaho Wedding Coordinator, all I wanted was to make sure their day ran smoothly! And if that means, pinning on boutonnieres, getting drinks ready, making charcuterie boards and putting the cake out then I am ALL THERE! Ari & Kyle’s wedding was seriously so fun to coordinator and I am so happy for them!
