Paige found me online and hired me as a photographer and a wedding planner! I am beyond excited to plan her wedding and have been loving it so far! Details are totally my thing and since Paige has planned a wedding before, she was set on not doing everything herself this time! Her and Josh met on Match.com when she was in San Antonio for Combat arms school and he lived close by at the time. They started talking and he drove to San Antonio for their first date. They hit it off and started dating! Josh moved up to Idaho last year and that brings us to their Freeman park engagement session!
They wanted to get their engagement session done soon so they could send out invitations asap since their wedding will be the end of September, this year! So, we figured out our schedules and found a Saturday that worked for all of us! And luckily, the weather was so nice and Freeman park was green and gorgeous! Paige and Josh are pretty reserved but are so sweet together. Their first outfit was so classy and elegant and of course, it’s one of the wedding colors, which I love! I always think it’s so thoughtful when a couple chooses to wear their wedding colors for their engagement session! We walked around the park and found lots of different secluded spots to make sure their Freeman park engagement session was special and beautiful! Paige and Josh are really simple and didn’t want any crazy poses which was so sweet. They are by far, the most calm people I have ever photographed so it was a breath of fresh air to have them in front of my camera!
I can’t wait to continue planning their wedding and see how things come together on the day of! And what’s even more special is that I get to capture it all! I love photographing couples and weddings and it will be so rewarding to actually see all the final touches on wedding day. I am so grateful that Paige and Josh have trusted me with planning and capturing their special day and I hope that if nothing else, I can just take the stress off of them so they can enjoy getting married and celebrating with family and friends!
