Classy Vintage Styled Shoot | Idaho Wedding Photographer | Sarah Tapp Photography

I’ve wanted to do a styled shoot for a while now but haven’t had the time or energy to put one together. Really, I should just say I was TOTALLY afraid to do one! But, I went to a retreat back in September (blog post coming soon) and I gained so much confidence in myself and my business. So, here I was 8 months pregnant, planning my first ever styled shoot!!!
I created a Pinterest board with everything that I wanted for my styled shoot. I sat down and made a list of everything I would need and made sure that I had ideas for each item. After my Pinterest board was made, I contacted my vendors. And can I just say, people are SO WILLING to help around here! It is awesome! There are a lot of things I did myself because I wanted something pretty specific, but the vendors that I did work with were amazing!
My style of photography is genuine, elegant, and joyful. And I really wanted this shoot to reflect that. So, I put in lots of personal touches to make sure that everything looked perfect! And, oh my goodness, it came out WAY better than I could have imagined, even with my crazy and forgetful pregnancy brain! I totally forgot about chairs, but luckily The Venue had these super cute stools that worked perfectly! The cake decorator finished the cake on site with real florals and the models picked up the tux so I didn’t have to!
I was so blessed to be able to poor my heart into this project and I’m so grateful for all the vendors that helped my vision become a reality!!! Thank you!!
