Rose & Coltin’s simple Rigby Idaho wedding at the MILLHOUSE VENUE was one I will not forget! Especially because it fell on my 30th birthday! I figured what better way to spend the day than doing what I love!? And it was SO worth it! Rose & Coltin are SO in love with each other and it was just such an honor to witness their wedding! The day had rain in the forecast which is actually good luck on your wedding day! But I was hoping we’d get a break in the storm so we could do some of the photos outside and we did! Their day started with a few getting ready details. Zipping Rose in her dress and putting on her veil and capturing Coltin with his dad, Rose’s dad and groomsmen. Then right before the ceremony Rose and Coltin shared private vows with each other! Let me tell you, this is becoming one of my favorite wedding traditions! It’s where the bride and groom share vows privately before their wedding. Sometimes they see each other for these vows and sometimes they don’t. In this case, Rose and Coltin chose to wait to see each other until Rose walked down the aisle and Coltin was so cute in his vows saying he couldn’t wait to see her! Awh!
After their vows, Rose and her dad shared an emotional first look before he walked her down the aisle. So sweet. The ceremony was beautiful and you could just tell that Coltin was so relieved to finally get to see Rose! They exchanged rings, said simple vows and then they were married! And their faces when they walked back down the aisle said it all! Rose and Coltin did things a little differently and had their first dance and cut the cake right after the ceremony and then went into group and family photos. It all ran so smoothly and we lucked out with a couple breaks in the rain so we could get photos in that dreamy storm light! Rose and Coltin were SO happy and so in love. And you can just tell that it’s the kind of love that will last. Both of them talked about a future with each other in their private vows and promised to stick with each other even in the hard times. I’m SO grateful that I got to share my birthday with Rose and Coltin at their simple Rigby Idaho wedding this year. Congrats you two!
