I photographed Nicole and Andrew’s fall wedding last year and it was so fun! It was a sweet and simple backyard ceremony with friends and family. The fall colors were amazing! Click here to see more from their wedding. =) When I let them know that I was going to be doing Spring Mini Sessions, they booked one and I was so excited to photograph their family! We had to reschedule a couple times, thanks Idaho weather. But when the weather finally let up, we decided to do their session at the Japanese Friendship Garden in Idaho Falls. The colors were perfect and the blossoms had come out just in time!

We started out with mostly family portraits to try and get that one shot with everyone looking at the camera! They have some littles in their family and those attention spans just don’t last long so I try to get the ‘posed’ photos at the very beginning! After that we had the whole family run and sit and of course we got some individual photos in whatever location that person wanted and some couple photos and sibling photos! The weather was perfect and sunny which made for great photos! So grateful I had the chance to photograph this family again.
