Having a guest book at your wedding is so fun! It’s a great way to remember who came to support you and who you enjoyed your big day with. =) And there are SO many different options that will suit your personalities and future. My husband I and really wanted something that we could display in our home. We didn’t want to get a guest book and then just have it sit on a bookshelf for the rest of our lives. I’m not a reader so there’s a slim chance I would ever pull it out and look at it (even though that’s not even that much reading. haha). So, for our wedding, we incorporated a music theme and had sheets of sheet music on the tables and decided we wanted to do something along those lines with our guestbook. So, we had the awesome idea to get an old guitar and take the strings off, spray paint it white and then have everyone write on it in sharpie at our wedding! And it turned out perfectly! There are so many sweet notes and there was tons of space to write. We currently have the guitar displayed in our living room and I look at it often. And I’ll tell you, that more than once, just reading the sweet notes on there has helped me through some hard times in my life. So, I’m a big promoter for anything you can display in your home! However, if you really love the idea of a book, then at least make it a photo book and have some blank spaces and pages for people to write sweet notes to you! Here are some of the ideas I’ve seen that you can steal or look at to spark an idea of your own!
