Brittany & Travis chose the Teapot on Wheels in Rogue River, Oregon as their venue. I had never been there before so I was so excited to see the venue, not to mention photograph Brittany & Travis on their special day! The outdoor venue was so pretty! Right on the Rogue River, the ceremony location was beautiful. When I got there everyone was getting ready and I had a chance to just photograph the beautiful empty space. Brittany & Travis had these super cute teapot candles for everyone as wedding favors and I just loved how unique and special that was! The little details were so fun to photograph, from Brittany’s purple bedazzled shoes to the necklace that used to be her great-grandmother’s. And, the handmade wedding dress that was being finished day of!
There were a couple hiccups and Brittany was SO stressed before the wedding but I was amazed at how everyone else came together to make this day happen for Brittany & Travis. Photographing the groom before the ceremony, he just seemed so calm. It was like he wasn’t nervous at all. … at least not on the outside! haha. He wasn’t asking where Brittany was or why the ceremony was late. He was just patiently waiting for his bride so he could promise himself to her for the rest of his life. And when he did, it was such a touching moment. And of course Brittany was SO excited to finally get married! I’m so happy for these two and I’m so grateful I was able to be part of their big day! Congrats Brittany & Travis!
