Geoff and I are super good at date nights. However, if we’re tired or forgot to plan something, we always end up watching movies, which is what we do all the time anyways. haha. So, I was trying to think of a way to make a movie date night a little more fun.

I had Geoffrey take Adalynn to the sitter while I got things set up. I knew he’d come in from the garage so I left a nerf gun and a little note for him by the door so he’d see it right when he came in. I turned all the lights off in the house except one and then I hid with my weapon!

Well, it back-fired a little bit because he totally turned the lights on when he got home! But, it was still fun. And he totally creamed me! And then we settled in with some popcorn for his movie pick.
