Okay, so….I don’t normally do sessions like this which made this one SO FUN! Janelle put this whole thing together for our retreat and at first I have to admit that I wasn’t that excited about it. But mostly because I don’t normally do lifestyle sessions. I love being outside and capturing the natural light and natural beauty of a landscape (of course with couples in front of it!). So, this was definitely outside of my comfort zone. But, I wanted to participate and we had 2 different groups. So, I decided to go in the 2nd group so I’d have time to think of poses I wanted them to do and prompts to get them loose and natural in front of the camera.
And let me tell you, when I started shooting, I had so much fun! Maddie & Jeff are SO cute together and were totally willing to do anything we asked! And then after when I went through the images, they were some of my favorites from the whole retreat! I loved working with these two and am so grateful I was able to try something new!
