Client experience is SO IMPORTANT to me and I want to make SURE that you have an amazing time during your engagement session and on your wedding day! So, I wanted to share a behind the scenes look into exactly how I take care of you during the whole process! From first contact to image delivery! First up is before your engagement session!

Even before you contact me, I do my absolute best to curate my website and social media with the best photos and messages possible! I want to make sure that you know that I am going to take care of you!! I want your engagement session and wedding to be the absolute best that it can be! I want you to have fun and connect and leave feeling loved and uplifted! I want to capture YOUR LOVE STORY! AND, I want you to see exactly the kind of photos that you will receive after your session!

Once you’ve made some sort of connection with me on any of my social media platforms or my website, you’ll send an inquiry! And that’s when I get really excited! Because it means that you’ve seen my work and YOU’VE felt something inside! I’ll read your inquiry and make sure I take the time to really understand what you’re saying and looking for. And then I strive to respond within 24 business hours! That way, you don’t have to wait too long! I’ll most likely respond with a few questions and I’ll definitely ask about your engagement session and wedding to make sure I connect with you on any important details! I’ll answer ANY and ALL questions you have too! There are NO stupid ones! I love being able to reassure you that everything is going to be taken care of and that you are going to get the BEST service and experience possible! I’ll explain a little bit about the booking process and let you know what deposit needs to be made to hold your engagement session date or wedding date!

Once you have given me the go ahead, I’ll send over a contract and invoice! But then the exciting part, is that right after you book, you get a Welcome Guide just for you! Curated with what to wear for your session, how to start planning your wedding and suggested vendors for you to get started! I’ll even help you pick outfits if you can’t make a decision or still aren’t sure what to wear! Next, I send an engagement questionnaire so that I can get to know you a little bit better before your engagement session! I ask what images YOU want and I start to think of locations and posing prompts for my session with you! Then I’ll follow up 24 hours before your engagement session to make sure we’re still good to go!
