I have had so many people tell me that their biggest regret from their wedding was not hiring a professional photographer! Your wedding day is SO important. For most people, it’s the biggest day of their life! And it would be so sad not to have clear, professional images to remember that day. So I’ve put together a list of 5 reasons why you should hire a professional photographer for your wedding day!

~ 2 ~ Capturing what’s most important to you ~ There are so many professional photographers in different price ranges. I know, weddings are SO expensive! But I PROMISE you, you will NOT regret investing in professional images. For most people, the most important part of your wedding day is the ceremony and the people that are there to support you and your new spouse. Professional photographers take extra interest in capturing the things that are most important to you. If every single detail of your wedding day is important to you, invest in having a photographer there for the whole day. If the most important part of your wedding day is the ceremony, invest in having a photographer there just for the ceremony. There are SO many photographers out there that will work with your budget and your needs. It’s not an all or nothing ultimatum.

~ 3 ~ Relax on your wedding day ~ Like I mentioned earlier, wedding day is the biggest day of your life! And that can be super stressful. There’s so  many things to remember and last minute details to attend to. But, professional wedding photographers are used to the stress! They are confident in handling problems and work to help you plan your wedding. They provide wedding day timelines and some provide wedding planning guides and preferred vendor lists to help in your planning process! Having someone there that knows the wedding industry in and out is such a weight off of your shoulders! Let your photographer handle the details, and just enjoy your day!

~ 4 ~ Remembering why you fell in love ~ Professional Photographers are not just there for the money. Successful professional photographers have a deeper connection to weddings. Whether it be, making friends, capturing love stories, protecting marriage, or documenting emotions. Each photographer has a way of capturing your special day in a way that speaks to you. I love love and I believe in marriage. But  I don’t think love is a fairytale. It’s hard work. And the reason I want to capture the love on your wedding day is so you can look back at those images and remember the emotions you felt on the biggest day of your life. Remember why you fell in love with them in the first place. And remember that in the hard times, your love will overcome.
